Love it- and pleased to finally get a bigger taste of Michael Douglas’ performance. I expect great things out of both Oscar-winning actors, but Damon can do his thing with a little more room in the margins, while Douglas is saddled with the always tough tightrope walk of playing a well-known figure. And while I know he’ll be nailing Damon, it appears he’s nailed the part as well.
The depth of the gaudiness on display and the strand of earnest insanity running this story promise a truly compelling film- I couldn’t be more excited.
This debuts the week after the Game Of Thrones finale, on May 26th.
