So check out this “Riddickulous Furyan” blog, and have your first big belly laugh of the day.
I don’t know for a fact that this is an official marketing effort from the Riddick team but, come on, it must be. Every inch and forced meme of this laughable Tumblr blog (complete with ubiquitous minimalist theme) smack of cynical, “well this is what the kids these days are up to” order from a PR supervisor to an intern. That said, I wouldn’t be shocked if it was Diesel himself, or at least whoever runs his official Facebook page, which has always managed a rather stunning level of unintentional hilarity (just scroll through its “cover photo” album sometime).
The thing is, I can’t tell if it’s just as sad or more sad if this is somehow an earnest fan blog…
Thankfully it’s clearly not.
But what if it is?
