Like classic games? Like free classic games? Well you may be in luck, as courtesy of the lovely people at Capcom we have four Steam codes for Resident Evil 4 HD to give out.
A massive hit on its release in 2005, RE4 rejuvenated the Resident Evil franchise by shifting to a behind-the-shoulder third-person perspective and widening the scope of the series, introducing new villains, a new setting and a slightly different take on the game’s traditional zombie enemies (Now being Spanish villagers under the influence of vicious mind-altering parasite Las Plegas). A mainstay of ‘Best Games Of All Time’ lists, RE4 was a major influence on the soon-to-be ubiquitous third person action genre. This re-release brings HD textures, optimization for widescreen monitors and is still a damned good game. If you haven’t played this one yet, you owe it to yourself to see why the game still lives up to its legendary status.
