Do I need to write anything else to inspire our Atlanta readership to obtain passes for Tropic Thunder? Robert Downey, Jr. as a black gentleman sitting dumbfounded in the woods should do all the selling you need. Also pictured: Kirstie Alley.

Tropic Thunder is the latest comedy from Ben Stiller, one peppered with ample doses of Jack Black, Downey, Stiller, and Steve Coogan while offset by the holy triumvirate of Cruise, Nolte, and McConaughey backed by a cocktail of up and comers Bill Hader, Danny McBride, and Jay Baruchel. A war movie dusted in Hollywood satire and a Hollywood satire sprinkled with ample war sauce, it looks to be a vulgar, gory, and delightfully R-Rated blast for all involved. Don’t believe me? Check out the official site and its myriad goodies.

Then come back and and try to wrangle a pass if you’ll be in Atlanta around the 6th of August. How to get in the running. Using the link below, give us your name and address and tell us what black actor you’d like to see play white. Failure to answer the question or give your name an address disqualifies the daylights out of you.
