I don’t need to tell you all about the negativity in our community around the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot directed by Josh Trank. I’ll admit that the marketing for the film has been odd, but we all know marketing doesn’t accurately speak to the quality of the movie. I have zero emotional or financial investment in F4 comics or films, so I’m sure this new film will tell a very different story, and I’m sure I won’t care that it’s different. All I want it to be is good.
