EA’s starting up with the Dead Space 2 marketing! Just last night I came
home from another long day at Tribeca to find a package from Visceral
Games that contained two sheets of paper. The bigger one is a rorschach
drawing that looks a whole lot like lead character Isaac Clark’s mask
(course, that could just be my subconscious, and it could be upside down…) It also has some glow-in-the-dark lettering with more messages. The smaller paper is a
handwritten note from one Dr. Samara Yasmin about Isaac’s condition.
He’s made it out of the events of the first game alive but his mind
isn’t doing too well. It’s basically a real-life text log- pretty
awesome.

Obviously, the part after FOR
REFERENCE is a code, but I’ll be damned if I can figure out what it
means. Those who’ve played Dead Space know that the strange glyphs found
in the game correspond to letters from the alphabet, and a few more
enterprising folks found some secret messages in the game that some of
the designers didn’t even know existed. Can you figure it out? Hopefully
it’s not an ovaltine ad.
