Ok so I have finally seen this movie and it was totally awesome. The shootouts in this movie were very nice. I liked Taye Diggs character as well. I was hoping they would have gotten away but hey shit happens and aint nobody that badass..

Someone gets it at the beginning of Running Scared, if memory serves it's the cop who promised to have a Mai Tai on the guy's dead body, and Pete Poslethwaite gets a round to the balls in The Town.

Shame on me for forgetting Robocop, but for the life of me I can't remember who gets blasted in Running Scared or The Town. And I really liked those two flicks.

Fantastic work. The Way of the Gun is the sort of film Peckinpah would have killed to make in his heyday and he would have totally pulled the same thing. And there's a ton of other movies that have people getting shot in the nuts. Off the top of my head: RoboCop, Running Scared (Kramer), Drive Angry, Hobo with a Shotgun, The Town, Sudden Impact, Scream 4.
