I can’t think of better choices for the roles of Gatsby, Daisy, Tom, and Nick. Anyone not excited for this movie simply doesn’t like good stories. And the best part is that it gives me an excuse to read the book again.

But … the eyes of Dr. T.J. Eclkeberg are not only in the movie, but in the trailer, and that signals a deep commitment to the source material, so I’m inclined to give this one a chance.

( lots of movies aren’t Transformers )

- Actors are known for not taking bullshit roles
( like the guy from Spider-man, and the guy from Warrior… and the lead who only takes roles in a desperate attempt to get an oscar?  ) 

- Leo is always a sign of a good movie…except when his movies suck  
( did you seriously write that ?? ) 

- Baz Luhrmann is seriously talented
( you left off.. except when his movies suck )
