I get that a lot.

Absolutely beautiful. Especially shots 6 and 9. Somewhere in Wild Canadia, I presume?

My backyard, Kananaskis Country. Pictures don't do that lake justice. This was my third trip there, and it took my breath away.

Those are the ugliest pictures I've ever seen. Give me the majestic industrial yellow smoke of Detroit any day. Seriously though, this reminds me that I need to go on a real vacation.

Apologies to the people of Detroit, at least you have the good rock music.

You should post the link to your page here so others can check out your stuff. The lightning photos that you uploaded a little bit ago were really cool...

I didn't even know things came in that shade of blue.

I've swum in that lake before when there wasn't ice in it. It's not easy. Wakes you up, though.

Two from a dayhike into British Columbia, and the rest from a camping trip in late May to a more touristy, less snowbound place on the edge of Banff.

I don't even want to know what that's like.

There's some natural springs here in Florida that are pretty damn cold (probably not that bad, but definitely a lot colder than the ocean), and I always have some sort of psychological problem jumping in.

After 5 minutes, your body gets used to it. But at first, something just seems wrong to jump in water that cold...

Is it not too cold to be there around September. I want to go places like that and I think Imma be driving around in Sept/Oct.

Geeze those are pretty.

Who took that picture of you? Was it a deer? 'cause then I'm impressed.

So cold you lose the power of speech. There's no spending five minutes in these lakes.

I've got a few pics built up from my various location scouting missions. These are all about an hour and a half drive from Christchurch.

Across the harbour from the town of Akaroa.

Ominous signage.

It only gets worse.

Found a deer to take my photo too.

Have some Rohan looking shit

Faraci pours one out for his homie.

This ones actually in Christchurch.

Same place but a screencap from the actual movie, shows what a difference a season can make I guess.

Hiking in New Zealand is on my list, but it's a long list.

Keep the punches coming. They're pretty to look at.

Asshole... so jealous.
There's such a massive sense of hugeness to those.

I did another lot of location scouting with my video camera the other day I'll see what I can screencap...
You guys are just mean, why would you even post pictures that gorgeous in front of people who have no chance of going on vacation anytime soon? So pretty... so jealous...

I'd post pictures of how I spent my summer, but I don't think Queens is quite up to snuff with these photos. The best I can do for green leafy lovliness around here would be the salad bar at the deli across from my office.

You have a real talent for photography, Seabass. Those are some beautiful shots.

Thanks. It's hard to go wrong in the Canadian Rockies. I think this is my best year for photographs, but I'm really finding the limits of the point-and-shoot. I'm eyeing a Rebel XTi.

This one's being published!

The new phone book's here! The new phone book's here!

I'm really pleased with this one too. I can't believe a point-and-shoot could do this, and I took it.

Congratz on getting published, it's not hard to see why.

Screencaps I promised earlier, I hope to actually film a scene here in the next couple of weeks provided the snow doesn't melt.

Seeing these photos kind of puts into perspective just how small we all really are, doesn't it? Words like "awesome" and "majesty" are the closest we have, & they hardly do it justice, do they?
