Such an incredible band, fantastically simplistic but incredibly effective.

Tales of death and loss delivered with delicacy and genuine emotion and all orchestrated with a beautifully laid back bluegrass style arrangement. Like a far more emotive Damien Rice channelling Nick Cave's darker musings.

I feel like that I've done my good deed for the day in getting this album to other people, it's perhaps the best work I've heard this year.

Swimming in the Swamp pretty much destroyed me the first time I heard it.

There are rumours that the follow up to The Dead Will Walk Dear is imminent so I thought I'd revive this thread to try and see if they'd gained any more fans. They're still something of an obscurity, you can't find anything by them on youtube and their own webpage is buried somewhere in googles search engine, but with the success of bands like Fleet Foxes it seems like these guys could be the new thing if they wanted.
