Once Upon a Time in the West 5.1 sound issue...

I recently got the Once Upon a Time in the West 2 disc dvd for cheap at retail. The movie plays great in the mono track but on the 5.1 track about halfway through it goes all bass. Its really weird. I thought maybe it was my Onkyo DVD player or my SONY reciever but I tested a few other movies(Yojimbo,Hidden Fortress,RONIN,Goblet of Fire) and they all play fine.

Anyone have an issue with the sound on this DVD or did I get a defect?

I think you may have a defective disc. I bought the two disc edition a little while ago (only $3.99!!), and I've had no problems with the sound. Well, at least the 5.1 sound - I've never watched it in mono....
