Where, other than China, are birthrates dropping? All these people who are panicking about population growth will be thrilled, as apparently, the problem is solved.

Damn near all of Western Europe, for one.

Perhaps I was misinformed - but hey, anything that makes China less likely to stomp mudholes in people militarily as well as economically is tops in my book, at least.
