Porn vs. Prostitution.

If I pay a woman $50 to give me a blowjob, it's prostitution. I could go to jail.

If I give my friend Bob the $50, to pay the woman, for giving me a blowjob, film the act, and put it on the web, it's called Amateur Porn. No jail.

I never handed the woman two twenties, and a ten for a hummer, but I still paid her $50 for a blowjob. It's a bit of a legal loop hole.

More of a legal glory hole.

It's good to know that people are spending their Saturday nights finding loopholes in Prostitution laws, it makes my heart go all aquiver for humanity.

Well, since your in such a good mood, can I borrow $50 and your video camera?
Believe it or not, I've thought about this a lot. And every time I argue the silliness of prostitution laws, I bring that up. Of course, most of the people who think prostitution should stay illegal are no friends of porn either (or of mine, for that matter), so that doesn't hold much water.

There's got to be some kind of legal definition at work that makes porn not prostitution. I can't imagine that somebody hasn't tried to prosecute porn film companies on that basis by now.

Or you could do things the old fashioned way and use that $50 to get a girl drunk out of her mind before sullying her whilst she's barely corpus mentus.

I'm not familiar with the term corpus mentus, but I sure hope it means eighteen.

Don't feel so bad. I'm spending my Saturday night looking for loop holes in sex laws.

Doesn't that put you in the sticky situation of crossing state lines for the purpose of a sexual act with a minor?

Now, the Amish have found a loop hole in the "Age of Consent" Laws. They start fuckin' at like 10 or 12, and it's all covered under the "Freedom of Religion".

Isn't the essential goal of the road trip to get into a sticky situation with a minor?
It just seemed unnecessary to look up consent ages if you're going to get nailed for crossing state lines anyway.

I'm sure he could make up some excuse for wanting to visit North Dakota.
Can he really?
I could point out that the joke was that he was studying the Age of Consent laws so that there wouldn't be any legal ramifications for his road trip conquests. Yeah, I could point that out, but it would be creepy.
Well that's what I was wondering. There are those law against crossing state lines to have sex with minors and being the age of consent doesn't make you legally an adult. So which law takes precedence? We need a lawyer to resolve this right away.

Fuck that, I'm out of this thread!!

Hey, I'm just trying to look out for Greg David.

There's also the whole meet a woman for social activity, she asks you to place the money in an sealed envelope and to NOT hand it to her but leave it on the table. She tells you that it is for time with her, not necessarily for what you DO in that time.

So technically, they can't get charged for it since you never handed her the money, and it wasn't for sex. It was for escort services that just HAPPENED to end up with sex.

GOAL!

I'm telling on you guys to Chris Hansen.
That guy is a buzzkill.
It's no shock that the guy that started this thread is also the guy that started a thread about how any girl in a supermarket that reaches for something on a high shelf is obviously flirting with him, and should expect to be raped.

How do you always remember these things?
Wait, is Barkatthemoon the guy who wrote and directed Cashback?

Got a link, Brad? I wouldn't mind reading it, but don't feel like going through all of his posts to find it.

I collect women. Brad collects Stickfas.
That has to be the most nonsensical counter in the history of these forums.

"I have been accused of wanting to rape women. I will counter that with a brief thread about inexpensive toys."
I'm also taking "collect" in this sense to mean "heads mounted over fireplace wall."

I was trying to be polite.

They really do tie the room together.

Brad, I never mentioned wanting to rape women, not once, in the entire thread. If anyone knows this, it should be you. This is like the fifth time you have brought up the subject of that ancient thread.
To be fair, the rapists greatest ally is the element of surprise.
I thought it was cowardly neighbors?

I thought it was an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope? Oh wait, that's pedophiles.
