On a different note, looks like the Penguins ARE for real. Doesn't bode well for the Habs in the Eastern Conference Final. Bruins were a team that couldn't bury their chances, the Flyers can bury their chances, and the pens bury all of their chances, and then some more. Their scoring chances have scoring chances. It's absurd. a lot of pundits called for the Rangers to go the Cup Finals, but I'm thinking they (Pittsburgh) are going to steamroll the Habs.
Then again, with Max Lapierre being the Lex Luthor to Crosby's Superman, and the fact that no matter how you cut it, Fleury isn't the goalie that he's been playing as recently, you never really know.
NHL Playoffs. Gotta love 'em.

Well, the Flyers are winning because Biron, with all his luck, his stopping the Habs big time, and they can't capitalize on all the opportunities the Flyers are giving them, which is a fuckload of them. And these guys take the few mistakes the Habs do and score on it. Whether it's a lucky goal or not, the psychological effect of trying over and over again and being denied like that takes it toll, and Price is the first one to suffer on that.
Montreal is the superior team, even in the last 3 games, no matter how shitty their glorious offensive was, but like you said, it's the Playoffs, anything can happen. I expected a good series, considering Briere and the Montreal offensive, but it's a debacle for both teams.
Now, let's rest, let Price gain some experience and come back stronger next year, and let the Penguins assfuck Philadelphia instead of Montreal.
Stanley Cup: Pittsburgh vs Dallas, and that's gonna be a close one. The veterancy of Dallas vs the sheer talent of the young Penguins backed with old key elements.
