Live Free or Die Hard [Unrated] (two-disc)

The single-disc DVDs will contain Dolby Digital 5.1 audio, audio commentary by Bruce Willis, director Len Wiseman and editor Nicolas De Toth, the Guyz Nite' Die Hard music video and a behind-the-scenes featurette on the video. The two-disc set will add the 10-part Analog Hero in a Digital World: Making of Live Free or Die Hard documentary, the Yippee-Ki-Yay Mother F*****! featurette, the Fox Movie Channel Presents Fox Legacy video and the film's theatrical trailer.
The unrated version won't be available on Blue-Ray, because...

The reason for the decision is that the uncut version was finished by the director only AFTER completing all the theatrical press junkets and promotional appearances for the film. Unfortunately, this was too late to complete compression and authoring for the Blu-ray version in time to meet street date. So the studio was basically faced with the choice of delaying the title or releasing the theatrical cut only day and date with the DVD. So that's the reason it's PG-13 only.
More blood and more fuck's, eh?

Maybe "MaFuckinClane" will show his face more in this version.

The movie will suck in any cut, with any rating.

I wonder how much extra footage there really is. Hopefully not just a couple of four letter words. That fight in the cooling tower could easily stand to run twice as long.

I didn't like it much, but I gotta admit I didn't hate it.

I'm from the camp that feels the cursing is a big part of what makes McClane McClane, so, I'll probably feel more comfortable hearing loads of flying fucks this time.

This is hardly unexpected, but it's probably enough for me to finally watch it.

I'm not expecting anything drastically different. Probably a couple of scattered curses and that's it.

I'm sure that talk a few months back about a graphics studio adding digital blood to the unrated cut will be put in here somewhere.

This movie was terrible and you all know it.

Really liked LFDH. The cursing and extra blood will only make it better.

I would have considered buying all four movies on Blu-Ray, but this is some horse shit.

For your thirteenth birthday party would you like blue balloons, or red ones?

C'mon, Russ, you have to give him the neutral gang color alternative of magenta for his balloons.

Len Wiseman sucks. Hell, he makes Paul W.S. Anderson semi-tolerable.
