You're not wrong or unqualified to speak on the issue because you're not a Southerner, you're wrong and unqualified to speak on the issue because you are attempting to present your vague, unquantifiable opinion as a fact. This "no one's willing to hear the truth because they don't like me" garbage is so tired and it's just an easy out, really. If you can somehow prove that the south is, in some quantifiable way, more racist than any other part of the country, I'm willing to hear it. Go ahead, but don't forget that I'm typing this in a city that, until recently, was
the most segregated in the United States* and I'm a lot closer to your neck of the woods than I am to the Mason-Dixon line.
*Matter of fact, while you're at it, take a look at the other cities they list in that article - only one of them is below the Mason-Dixon Line.
