Living in racially-segregated Milwaukee, I don't know that the rebirth of racism/discrimination is necessarily due to "reverse discrimination" (as an aside, as stupid a phrase as has ever been coined) but to the situation in the central city.

EVERY area has crime and its percentage of shitbags; but when the lead stories on the nightly news/front page of the paper are all about some new, previously unimagined type of crime and/or douchebaggery from the inner city - or at best, the same old crimes - I can understand even the most soft-hearted person thinking that at least SOME of the people in that area are beyond redemption.

Most people would probably begin to think most/all poor inner-city blacks are pieces of shit.
