I have trouble believing any of these fad diets are really a good idea for the long term. Keep those portions small and those jogs long.

Having to purchase a bunch of books and pills and videos essentially says "It's not my fault that I'm a lardass! Look at all of this crazy stuff you have to do to stay thin!!"
I'm going to go reheat my leftover root vegetable soup now, have a big piece of bread and butter with it, and go to yoga. |

Step 9 - Ignore eenin. Those Atkins and South Beach can suck it. Lean protein, veggies, grains, yes, yes, but bread, root vegetables, whole grain pastas, cheese (in moderation), wine, and tea are all very, very good for a person. |

If you are trying to lose weight you need to keep you sugar, fat, and carbs intake as low as possible. Also if you are trying to lose weight eat food with carb, like whole grains and carrots in moderation and only in the morning. If you are not trying to lose weight you need to eat the right kinds of fats and carbs, and keep you sugar intake as low as possible. To lose weight the best food to eat are nuts, fish, eggs, olives, and avocados. Although if you eat fish you need to drink the right kind of teas.

I mean, if you know where to go and put a little effort into hunting these things down, it's easy to have a very healthy lifestyle.
