I was very excited to see the American Reunion movie. I saw American Pie just after college and remembered it was quite funny.
Jim, Michelle, Oz, Heather, Stifler reunite for their high school...
and for the record, I outlined a pretty solid Saw IV: In Space premise in a thread we had for the Saw III contest. I don't know if you can still find it, but there is your Saw in Space right there. I had it all worked out.
I agree with your thoughts on the trailer, Kevin, but Saw III's was the same way -- just a bunch of been there, done that shots and what looked like a million traps.
I didn't bother with the trailer. I never imagined I would go see Saw III in the theater but something about Halloween and Saw...its tradition now. Although I am probably going to see 30 days of night first. I hope it doesn't suck.
I think that Riviello Clock might catch on! I totally see why Alex hates the Saw Franchise. they are basically assaulting his inbox on a daily basis with more crap that what comes out of Bono's ass. Or should I say, than was Bono IS!
I warned you! You thought I was joking about how many emails I get, you thought it couldn't be all that bad. You'll understand when you're waking up screaming every night. You'll understand then.
Okay, Saw people, the flashback thing was cool in Saw III. But I don't really think Jigsaw stealing Dr. Gordon's penlight will be relevant to the plot this time out.
I've never seen a Saw movie, but I've seen lots of ads for all 4 of them, and I can tell you they're missing a golden opportunity for some in-film product placement for Monster Cables. The Saw guy has a seriously shitty video feed, and it stretches credibility to think he wouldn't upgrade over the course of four films. Fuck these movies.
