I really dig his stuff. I have one of his artbooks called Darkwerks. He's done a lot of great paintings/covers for TSR in the past. And an artisticly executed card game called Guardians.

EDIT: I've been meaning to check out Plucker. It's on my wishlist.

I'd never heard of the guy before this article, but damn if that stuff doesn't look beautiful. Have you (or anyone) read the book? I'm really interested in it.

I always thought the alien monsters (that you only get a glimpse of in flashback) in Ghosts of Mars were inspired by his style seen here and here.

I flipped through his new one (about biker gangs in Hell) just the other day....really great looking work.

I've heard of this guy, I work at a comic shop and once in a while people will come in and say "Brom?" They're usually outfitted in dusters during the months of June through August, and have long greasy hair.
