I've really been looking forward to a proper new release from Ween. Since I'll likely repeat myself anyway, the following is part of an e-mail that I sent to a friend this morning.
I haven't listened to this new track yet, but I'm seeing some pretty brutal listener feedback on this page:

I'll be surprised if La Cucaracha is as bad as some of those comments indicate. Their last one, Quebec, has become one of my favorite Ween albums. We shall see, though. I don't know how many joke-y tracks come on the new one, but I look forward to these guys leaving more of their fuckarounds in the past. As much as I enjoy Quebec overall, I could do without "So Many People In the Neighborhood" and "The Fucked Jam". On the other hand, I still dig some of their ridiculous songs like "Waving My Dick In the Wind" and "Piss Up A Rope". But when I hear a song like "Even If You Don't", "Exactly Where I'm At" or "Transdermal Celebration", I feel like they've become far too talented and effective as songwriters and musicians to keep including silly throwaway shit on their albums. Ween doesn't need to get serious, but on some of their more recent albums, the difference between the good stuff and the filler is pretty jarring. I guess what I'm really saying here is, Ween has gotten too good for their own good. I'm hoping La Cucaracha supports that remark.
PS - Ween should also take note that people are already comparing them with Flight of the Conchords.
