That prosecutor is an idiot.

The girls dad is a judge... her defense attorney is asking for her to be able to finish her college semester and when it's time to serve her sentence that she does it on the weekends?! The fuck?

That video is choppy as hell, have a text article? As far as serving time on the weekends, I think it isn't uncommon. I know someone who served his time during weekends for a DUI.

That exchange makes me smile for reasons I cannot even begin to fathom.
