So with last weeks updates I couldn't log on until now. Sadly enough it took a whole week and change for me to be pissed off enough to call up Xbox support. They took about an hour narrowing my problem and then finally the managers manager got on to tell me the 2wire telus modem I'm using was knocked off the list of acceptable connection options during the updates. So in a nice and happy pappy roundabout way he told me I was *** royally until I got a new setup, which isn't an option until I move out of my place on the 1st of December.

I also recieve none of my account refunded back during my down time because despite the fact that microsoft swept the carpet from under me and won't help me up, it's MY fault for having a router they don't like.
