Does Condi have to choke a bitch?

Protester Desiree Farooz confronts Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in a photograph taken today by Charles Dharapak of the Associated Press.

Rice was preparing to testify before the House Foreign Affairs Committee when she encountered Farooz inside the hearing room. Farooz had painted her hands red, apparently to symbolize her group's claim that members of President Bush's cabinet have blood on their hands because of the way they've waged war in Iraq.

I wonder if Condi did have to choke some security types for letting one of these nuts get this close. Good thing she didn't have a weapon, or Ms Rice would have had to terminate her on camera.

The look on Condi's face is priceless. I've been on the wrong end of that look a few times w/ prople who didn't have highly successful political careers at stake, and all I have to say is . . . this protestor is lucky Condi has some stuff to lose.

I dunno, in the second pic, it looks like Condi's moving in for some romance.

Eyes closed? Check.
Head tilted? Check.
Hands out of view? Check.
Pearl necklace? Check.
