I'm enjoying your coverage Alex and it looks like I'm going to have to check out The Wake.

Thanks, Eileen... it means a lot. I had a helluva time at this Fest and can only hope it comes through in my articles. Saturday was probably the best day for it, so I'm working hard on those (18!) films I saw.

Also, got an email from Jake Dolgy, who was surprisingly nice even though I ripped on his film Winter's Warmth, and gave me a link to his site where it's streaming for free. I had tried looking for a website (like I've done with every film I've covered so far) but couldn't find one. It's up there now, though, so you can check it out.

I've got the email of one of the producers on The Wake, I'll get back to you about where you can check it out.

Appreciate this Alex and here's hoping they deliver you some good news.

For the most part filmmakers (especially the independent ones) can handle a negative review just as long as the reviewer does not get out of hand. That's pretty cool that he got ahold of you.
