White Flame Studios is now casting for THE NUMINOUS, a high concept supernatural comedy/drama to be shot in HD in or around Atlanta, GA. Principal photography is set to begin in January.
THE NUMINOUS is the second feature film from Director Chance White. His first feature, DEATH OF SEASONS, written by and starring Delfo Baroni, has garnered critical acclaim and has been praised for its compelling visuals, originality, intense performances, and high production values (even more impressive considering the film had virtually no budget).
THE NUMINOUS will be produced by the same team behind DEATH OF SEASONS (Matt Brideau, Cooper Andrews, Troy Bedingfield and Delfo Baroni are Associate Producers). THE NUMINOUS is written by and starring Joshua Montcalm (Beatnik in DEATH OF SEASONS). The script, a personal and compelling story of intrigue, humor, unforgettable characters, and coming of age, has been in development for over 3 years and will star Joshua Montcalm in the lead role.
The following roles are now being cast:
FRANCIS: 25-40, Male, any race.
Francis is eccentric and worldly; an international paranormal investigator, sports bookie, bartender, and pool shark. Must have excellent presence and comedic timing. Francis is the kind of person you only encounter once in a lifetime. One of those people who instantly changes your life. Needless to say, this is a killer role.
MICHELLE: 21-30 (college student), Female, any race.
Michelle is a very pretty, independent, free thinking, intelligent woman with a good sense of humor.
SUSAN: 21-30 (college student), Female, any race.
Susan is a psychology student. She is a tomboy, but still feminine. She is eccentric and stubborn in her beliefs but very passionate about psychology. She doesn't fit in with most college students, especially the partiers.
JENNY: 25-50, Female, any race.
Jenny is a new age out patient nurse who swears by Dr. Phil. More then a little naive.
POP: 50-99, Male, caucasian.
Wheelchair bound, bitter, and dying. Pop wants the best for his son but feels he's lost him.
CHRIS: 21-30 (college student), Male, any race.
Chris is an independent hip hop DJ. Friendly, outgoing, and funny.
SCOTTIE: 21-30 (college student), Male, any race.
Scottie is an independent hip hop mogul.
