Happy to see this thread yet lives. I noticed, though, that some images are missing. This would have been around the time of the 2007 reboot, aka the 'Long Halloween'. As it happens, I archived them, so following this exchange:

You can see this weapon of mass world destruction attacking the peaceful planet of Alderaan, killing all of it's inhabitants.
