Folkes need to go to fucking school too, apparently.

I'll tell you what; why don't you log out, take a nap, resolve whatever grudge you have with the "jobless," take two and call me in the morning.

Oh, and I hear blogger.com lets you do this thing regularly now. You should check it out.

ARM = Adjustable Rate Mortgages? You should be mad at yourself for getting wrapped up in one those to begin with.

Huh?

How about a little more clarity to your opening statement.

Also, spelling...

So, are you saying that you have people living with you, but you can no longer afford the mortgage?

Wait... am I reading this right? You gave ARM loans to people and now they can't pay the new adjusted rate?

Apparently witchesbrew is a self-financing subprime lender.

Also, is it just me, or is it scary that someone with this poor of literacy skills is in the position to be financing mortgages?
Even in the face of perplexing insanity, Frank is still polite. What a guy.
It sounds like he took out the mortgages himself and is subletting the properties.

Even one ARM is insanity. Multiple? You're putting a gun to your head.
Why the fuck would you take out ARMs on investment properties? If you can't afford them, don't buy them, especially if you know the payments are going up.

yes I do, and I do so at NOT Subprime.
I am afraid for them. Where will they go?

Anyone sitting on an ARM for anything other than a short period of time is sitting on a loaded shotgun. You're gonna get shot in the ass.

10 years, then refi
Why are you taking renters who can't afford it? It seems you care for the renters so why would you put them in such a position? Don't blame the Fed for this. It's foolish to take an ARM in the first place.
So you plan on evicting your renters? Are you a slum lord?

It was a good time to take an ARM, contrary to what you say. Made good sense in 2004. I don't blame the Feds, I will cover my renters. Why would I put them in this position? Fuck! Why would the gov't put me in this position?
There were rumblings about how ARM loans were going to fuck with the economy as far back as 2003.

Can we shift this thread to discuss tax policy? I have half of a degree in that. And it's way more interesting than watching this fucktard implode.

EDIT: nevermind, missed a lot of posts. Sympathy less pronounced now.

Did you even talk to an accountant or tax attourney before embarking on this little enterprise? They may have been of some small help.
