I haven't followed a television show since THE-X-FILES (although Sarah Connor Chronicles is slowly winning me over) so it certainly excites me to finally have a sequel to the above average film. I don't even mind that it will skip the mythology aspect and go with a stand alone episode because I'm pretty sure there will be some subtle references to all of that. This is my most anticipated movie of the year.

This will be a good send off to the regular show and then X-Files 3 in 2012 with the aliens colonizing earth.... I wish!

Today I was at Wondercon in San Francisco and Carter, Anderson, and Duchovny were there for a panel/question and answer type thing and they showed about 40 seconds of so of footage from the movie, I guess it was a teaser but they didn't show the monster or anything exciting like that it was just Mulder and Scully running around.

I saw the bootleg of this footage and it was quite exciting! I'll be there opening day. I miss the x files. I'd love for a whole new television series to come about. It would be interesting if they started the x files again from Mulder's sister's perspective as she hunts for him, thinking he was the one who was taken.

All very interesting!

X files I'm excited if its going to be good. I somehow feel the show was usurped by the Millenium group a show with much less staying power
