Okay, this is not exactly self promotion, but a good friend of mine is editing an anthology of "Giant Creature" stories for Permuted Press. If you're interested, story submission guidelines can be found here:

I submitted a story for this. I had a blast writing it and it got some creative juices flowing again, which was a good feeling.
