I'm not militant; however, the older I get and the more steps back we take is certainly leading to less acceptance of the status quo.

Senior citizens? He'll lose all hipster sexual cred. There's enough sexual sub-groups in gay culture for something old to become new again without involving senior citizens. A system/code which I notice has started to enjoy a renewal is the hankerchief code (one that really should have stayed old), I think perhaps due to gay hipsters.

At this point the 2008 presidential election is over, and this thread's served its purpose, don't you think?
Agreed.
Unstick it.
Yeah, it's basically over, but still some fun to be had for the junkies. Georgia, Minnesota, and Alaska senate seats are still undecided. And Missouri is still up for grabs.

Alaskan people may yet be redeemed

This thread was over once people started talking about communism of all things for two pages.
Communism is never welcome it seems. Oh well.
Maybe people in North Korea will welcome Communism as a slight breeze of freedom.

But that discussion belongs into another thread. I can see that it is hard to let this one go. It was beautiful while it lasted.

DaveB&MissZoey: Goodbye, Rain Dog.

El Capitan: And remember, fair dog, should you need us...

Swice&MsSwice: Yes, should you need us, for any reason at all...

Rain Dog: I need you, 2008 Presidential Election Thread.

Reggie Wanker: You do?

RD: I don't know why, but every now and again in my life - for no reason at all - I need you. All of you.

Singer: You do? Well... WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY SO?

Isn't it time we unstickied this thread?

Let it drop. It's been a good thread but it deserves its rest.

If only Obama had lost, this might have toppled the B-movie thread. Alas, we may never have a new post-count champion thread.
