Picked this up off of a security blog. I really have no idea what's going on here.

looks like a cipher, note the capital letters where they don't belong? the XXXX referenced twice. I'd say code, someone's screwing around or you stumbled onto something that will get you investigated by the NSA, either way good luck.

I see a couple Douglas Adams references in there...not sure if the majority of the rest of it references his writings or not since I don't him all that well outside of the Hitchhiker books.

But "42" the "infinite improbability drive" are definite Adams references.
