Steve Martin Christmas Wishes was funny, starts out with 'hear all the little children singing' and 'world peace', and end up with both of them off the list. Can find other verses of it on the web, but the SNL one is my favorite one.

Comedies is some what a personal taste. I for one never really like the marks brothers. One of my three all time funny movies is “Some Like It Hot.”

Cant find any video for it, but Stallone's performance on the "Stallone's movies suck!" sketch never fails to make laugh till it hurts.
Also, anyone remember episodes were the musical guest steals the show from the host?; To this day, i have no idea who hosted when Mick Jagger played and participated in two sketchs, including playing Karl Lagerfield on one of maya Rudolph's Donatella Versace skits.
As for hosts willing to laugh at themselves go, this one is the best (transcript only,no video, dammit):
