Is there any way to set up your preference of format to be "first available"? By that I mean, I have a PS3 and just bought an HD DVD player (Purposely buying into a dying format? Brilliant!). So I have all 3 formats covered, and have adjusted my profile to reflect that, but it seems as though I'm locked into a specific format when I move a film over into my queue.

I was very excited to see the American Reunion movie. I saw American Pie just after college and remembered it was quite funny. Jim, Michelle, Oz, Heather, Stifler reunite for their high school...

I want to say there was, as I had the same thing happen. There's not a huge amount of movies that are in both formats, but all of mine that were would come up Blu-Ray first. I assumed that was because I picked Blu-Ray as my first format before HD-DVD.

I was looking for a way, I guess, to have multiple formats of the same movie in my queue. For instance, have Jesse James in both standard and blu ray in my queue, but Blu Ray ranked higher, though if it becomes available in standard first, they would send it.
I'm thinking there is no way to do it.
ETA: Jesus , this is worded poorly.

You probably already know this, so if I'm answering the wrong question, forgive me, but:
In the Your Account --> Format Preferences control panel, you can adjust your format priority:
Your account is enabled for Blu-ray Remove Your account is enabled for HD DVD Remove Order of formats for adding movies to your Queue by default: Change
Edit: No, now that I reread your question, this isn't what you're asking at all.
I don't think it's possible to add multiple instances of the same movie to your queue.
