United Airlines will begin charging some passengers $50 to check in a second piece of luggage on domestic round-trip flights, becoming the first big carrier to impose a fee for a service that has long been included in the price of a ticket.
This has to be one of the worst airlines ever. Period. I hope they suffer the same fate as Pan Am and Eastern Airlines. Their customer service is worse than Sprint's, and their business class is the one of the worst. Plus they treat their employees like sweatshop slaves.
