Comedian Andy Dick has been arrested on two felony counts of sexual abuse, according to a report on TMZ. Dick was taken into custody this morning in West Virginia; he is being held at the Western Regional Jail and is due to be arraigned sometime today.

Dick is currently on probation over an earlier incident where he was arrested for sexual assault. He allegedly pulled down a teenager's top outside of a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in CA, and a search of the apparently intoxicated entertainer revealed drugs on his person. He accepted a plea to a lesser charge of battery in 2008.

The comedian was in Huntington, WV for a gig at the Funny Bone.

I had a run in with this son of a bitch a couple years ago at a pizza joint on Fairfax, across from Canters Restaurant. I was drunk with a few friends and we were ordering. I went to the bathroom and Dick grabbed my ass. I must have been really wasted because as I was about to punch him he was just gone, like vanished into thin air or something.

Amazingly I've run into other people at parties and when I tell them this story, they also chime in with Andy Dick fondling stories. Apparently the guy is notorious for this shit. I'm surprised he hasn't been gutted yet.

I can't tell you what a relief it was to wake up this morning and know this monster was still safely behind bars. I don't really follow this kind of thing, but I'm sort of impressed by the incredible thoroughness of their coverage of his incarceration. Reassures me that if I'm ever arrested (at least in Nowhere, Utah), I'll still be able to get some of my dietary mainstays.

We’re told when cops arrived to the home in Huntington Beach, CA — Jenna Jameson had “visible injuries".

Also, TMZ reports that last month Amanda blew off a traffic cop by driving away as the cop was writing up the ticket. She's also been spotted partying it up nightly the past few months. Man, this ain't LiLo bad, but Amanda's on some bender.

I don't know if anybody else saw the video on TMZ, but, apparently she was caught on video driving away from a club while visibly wasted.  I think it was from a few weeks ago and wasn't the same incident, but still.

She drove the fuck off? Having recently been arrested (despite being perfectly polite and cooperative) and spending something like eight hours in a cold, dank, human waste smelling holding cell, this kind of irritates me more than it would have previously.

That's why I get so angry at Lindsay Lohan avoiding jail for all the shit she's pulled. I've had family members locked in a jail cell for months for the doing the same things. Celebrities should shut the fuck up about the downside of celebrity, because having a "get out of jail free" card is a pretty sweet perk.

Celebrity aside, it must suck being a B-list or C-list actor. I mean, if your not on a set, your basically unemployed.

 

You don't see Jackie Earl Haley leaving a club at four in the morning. He knows he has to get up at the crack of dawn if he's going to grab that new creepy pedo role from Dylan Baker.

1) He's too old for this shit. 

2) He doesn't have the clout to skip the line at 99.9% of clubs in Hollywood.  That dude would be waiting with the rest of the unwashed masses.
