I don't think Seth is the worst, but for someone who hasn't played SF since Super Street Fighter on the SNES, it's absolutely maddening to fight a boss who has no pattern whatsoever. Even when I won I didn't feel rewarded: it just felt like "oh shit, the AI was twitchy this time I guess" (oddly enough the first time I ever beat him was with Fei Long on medium after having been creamed on Easy using my best characters).
As difficult as it can be to play Zangief, Sagat is still the most powerful character in the game. At least Zangief is predictable and needs to close the distance. Sagat can keep his distance and worst of all, takes little damage, and dishes a shitload.
I'm trying to learn M. Bison but for whatever reason, I have a lot of trouble doing ANY of his moves.
I'm an Akuma player and to whoever said that Akuma is cheap: wrong. Akuma takes a ton of damage, so it balances out. He has some great zoning moves, like the double air fireball, but his special/ultra's can be easily avoided which makes him fairly limited in comparison.
I've been trying to learn Seth, but he takes so much damage and does so little - despite some excellent combos- that it's almost not worth it (for clarification his moves as a playable character are significantly weaker than as a boss, as they do VERY little damage). I'll stick with it though...just so some of you guys can potentially have the pleasure of fighting Seth and not Ken, Ken, Ken, Ken, Ken, Ken, Ryu, Ken.
