The sauce does indeed keep in the freezer very well. The block that I have is from last summer and still tastes divine. Just chip off the amount you want, add water to the desired consistancy and enjoy!
If you'd like to just get the sauce and use your own favorite dog/bun combo, check here:

It won't taste quite the same unless you use a Vienna-type (natural casing) dog, because that's the only way to get the "snap" when you bite, but it'll still be tasty. Also try it on waffle fries and cheeseburgers with lots of black pepper. Yum!
