Every cop in this state is a power tripping douche, but the cops in Shreveport are the worst (second maybe to the assholes Sherrif's department in DeSoto parish that will pull you over for breathing the wrong way. They once pulled me over for a DUI even though I wasn't drinking. Even after it was obvious I was completely sober, he still made me take a fucking sobriety test on the side of I-49. The reason I was pulled over? Someone called in to 911 about a white car driving eratically in and out of traffic with their brights on. Since I was the next white car to pass him, despite not driving eratically and not having my brights on, it had to be me, right?).

Shreveport is such a shithole that anyone that would be a cop there has to have severe mental problems, anyway. They've got the 40th highest murder rate in the NATION, beating out cities like Boston, Miami, and Houston, despite only having a population of 200,000 or so. Plus, their casinos always steal my money. So...fuck them.
