Paul, I think I told you, I'm a lover not a fighter.

I've heard it all before, Michael...
She told me that I'm her forever lover, you know, don't you remember?

Well, after loving me, she said she couldn't love another.

Is that what she said?

Yes, she said it! You keep dreaming.

I don't belieeeeve it!

Whenever we took a road trip when I was in college, my two idiot friends always had to bring the best of Michael Jackson to play in the car. We always thought it was funny to change "doggone" to "goddamn."

I still think that's pretty funny, actually.

What's even funnier is substituting doggone girl with preteen boy.
Makes you think, doesn't it.

I prefer to substitute it with "Beatles catalog".

Lounge cover artist/comedian Richard Cheese covered this song with a special guest.

It doesn't say much, but at least it isn't P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing).

Truthfully, I haven't listened to "Thriller" in years. I can't even say for sure how I feel about it anymore. MJ is a rare case where my view of the person casts an ugly shadow over a lot of their work. I'm generally against thinking that way, but I do in his case. Only to a certain degree, though. Because I did rediscover "Off the Wall" and some Jackson 5 stuff last year and a lot of that is so indisputably great I still love it as much as I did when I was a kid.

Leaving genuine comments in a joke thread like this feels awkward.
