USC gives scholarship to talentless rich kid

Story

It's not that I expect better from college basketball programs, I'm just surprised that they would give one of thirteen scholarships to a kid that doesn't need it. I'd say it's not fair, but that's obvious.

It was a package deal to get *Jrue Holiday. It's happens all the time.
