The cops at the Federal Buildings in L.A. have Segways. It's almost amusing to watch them buzz around until one of them nearly blindsides you and then gets all pissed off like it's your fault.

Shan't. They're L.A. cops. I don't want to go out in a hail of gunfire. Okay, two hails, but still. They can kill me, and that's not supposed to be possible.

They have horseback cops on my campus now. I don't know if any of you have been following the news, but the student body president of UNC, Eve Carson, was murdered recently. I go to NC State, which is a twenty minute drive from UNC. In light of that tragedy, the security prescence on campus has increased DRAMATICALLY, and last week on my way back to my dorm I saw a cop on horseback. I found it pretty pointless, since all somebody has to do is shoot the horse to bring down the rider. The horse was pretty, though. I like pretty horses.

There are always loads of them when I go the match.

They are very good for directing crowds and I suppose they have a really good view over the crowd.

Everytime I walk by one there are about 50 spaz's taking pictures of them, WHY?
