That thread title may only be talking to me, but I catch myself staring at my growing DVD collection quite frequently. I'll notice that I only have two movies that have a certain actor (I only own two Paul Giamatti movies: PRIVATE PARTS and SIDEWAYS), or perhaps I'll notice that I have incomplete movie sagas. It's a silly obsession, but it's not limited to my collection. I'll examine my friends' or acquaintances' movie collections which really tells you a lot about the person. Maybe their scope is limited and there's only romantic comedies, or sci-fi, or only movies that were made after 2000.
That said, in an effort to gaze inside the dark souls of your fellow Chewers, tell us the dumb things you notice about your collection. Other collections are welcome too.
Also, BobClark may not post in this thread.
Movie series I felt compelled to complete: Spider-Man
Movie series I did not feel compelled to complete: Die Hard
Shitty movie series that are on the top shelf: American Pie and Austin Powers
CHUD movies I own (could be more, but these feel pretty definitive): KISS KISS, BANG BANG, ONCE, HUSTLE AND FLOW
Animated Disney movies I own: ALADDIN, THE INCREDIBLES
Videogame movies I own: STREET FIGHTER, SUPER MARIO BROS.
DVDs I have never watched: MALLRATS, TOMMY BOY
DVDs that I want to throw away: SHREK 2, THE LONGEST YARD (2005)
