Huh, interesting! I don't think I would have given this game a second glance if not for the review, now I'm really curious to try it out. Can't.. resist.. ninja!

Now the eternal debate.. pick it up for XBLA and run the risk of it getting lost under the slew of actual 360 games I need to play.. or wait and pay more for the DS version.

I probably wouldn't have given it a chance either if I hadn't missed my Xbox so damn much that I downloaded practically everything that was released when it was away from me.

And it seems like the other versions are all going to be different in little ways. The DS version uses both screens, of course. I'd bet that the multiplayer of this version is the best, though...

I just played the first one based on your review, Alex. That game gets tough as shit, and it doesn't help that I can't seem to disable the crap where I hit "shift" five times and some asshole window pops up. Nothing like being inches from reaching a door when a pop-up window leads to my untimely death. Fun game on the computer, can't wait to try it on the consoles.

Yeah, that happened to me too. That Sticky Keys crap, right? Who uses that friggin thing?

But yeah, the game controls so much better with a controller. Definitely at least give the trial version a try.

I thought the demo was a lot of fun but I just can't bring myself to pay 10 bucks for something that's free on the intertubes. Plus the graphics are too tiny. The controls are fantastic, though.

Sticky Keys are the devil. I did download the trial version and found that it handled like an absolute dream. I am torn, however, because I have 240 credits already, and I really don't feel it fair that I have to drop $12.50 to make up for the 60 points that would have let me just pay $6.25 for 500 points. Fuck Microsoft. I am very intrigued by the promise of 400 levels of madness.

The developers are telling it like it is! Most XBLA titles are crap! Controversy!

I had an absolute blast Saturday night playing multiplayer with some friends. The best part was that everyone had different levels of game-playing prowess, which led to some moments I had to pause the game or blow myself up due to hysterical giggling. It never gets old watching someone get blown up by the SAME mine eight times in a row.

I downloaded this instead of writing the paper that I was supposed to be writing. This game is fucking great. I really reminds me of something from the NES era: really simple, really fun, really addictive. I haven't checked out the multiplayer yet but I hope to sometime soon. Thanks for the review Alex; you got me hooked.

The multiplayer mode can be a godsend when trying to beat tough single-player levels ( you can choose to play either campaign in multiplayer) because you can usually keep your weakest person near the door while the more skilled ninja goes after the switch. MANY a chapter was beat just barely by doing it this way.

Its a lovely touch that each level is credited to its creator...helps with my growing list of people I have to kill in anger.

Glad I could help! I need more people on my Friends Leaderboards, anyway. No one can seem to touch my score.... (Yes, that's an open challenge for you guys)

But I'm amazed at how long it's taking me to beat every damn level. Some very, very tough levels here... and every time I throw it on for a quick play I end up stuck in the game for at least a few hours.
