24.99, according to Amazon.com. I adored the first season when I found it on DVD, but got way behind on the second season (as in I only saw the first episode). Apparently, the show is once again thisclose to being picked up for a third season, so we'll see.

A must-buy; forget the naysayers who criticized the show off after that one storyline.

The season's de facto ending is episode 14 (and what a great damn scene that was), but there was a 15th episode as well.

Just wait and see.

This came in the mail yesterday. I have had to resist watching all fifteen hours at once.

Jesse Plemons is fantastic. I mean, really, he may be the best of the teenaged actors on this show.

I'm 6 episodes in, it's great as ever. The Mexico storyline was a bit much, and I'm not sure what to think of the overwhelming paranoia surrounding the murder, but that stuff doesn't detract too much from the strength of the show.

It seems a little like Battlestar Galactica season 3, starting everyone off in the worst possible state, then they gradually find their way back to normal.

"Yeah, you know what? I get it, Jay. I get you want to walk again, but guess what? Never gonna happen. Ever. Fact. You know what? Best case scenario, you lose ten grand. Worst case scenario, dead, Jay, dead. Do you think I want to go back to Dillon and look your family in the eye and to tell them that I let you do this? Listen. I love you. And I will knock you out and bring your ass back to Dillon if I have to."

I take back everything bad I said about Taylor Kitsch.

Curious to the fans in the know. Are the deleted songs/musical ques noticable or distracting. I was thinking of blind buying, but the knowledge of altered episodes is holding me back. Thanks.

It wasn't for me. I've watched it on DVD, so I didn't know what was altered after the fact. It seems like the Explosions in the Sky stuff is really the only songs that are altered, but the score does such a good job of evoking that band and style that you don't feel it.
