What?
Designed by Heironymous Bosch, apparently.
This looks rather like Stand by me Pt. 2.

He swallowed an eyeball whole? What a pig.
Is Ving Rhames still on the movie?
I think that's actually a pretty great cover.
He drinks your human.
Is that coming out or going in?

It's almost like a warning: "You'll be doing this if you watch this movie."

I love it. It looks like a Garbage Pail Kid, in that those poor kids always seemed to be puking eyeballs. Sadly, the cover will probably be the film's biggest asset.

I assumed that was Nick Cannon.

It's so weird. Is he throwing up? Has someone loaded the firehose with guck? Is it an illustration of his singing voice?

Maybe he just over-indulged. Sadly, I will be checking the movie out...and not just to solve the mystery of the cover.

Actually looks like there are two versions of cover art, per DVDEmpire, DDD, and Amazon. DVDEmpire lists one of the cover designs as Lenticular, and I hope it is the vomit cover. Lenticular vomit? That would be very cool.

Has anyone actually watched this yet? I was very tempted to snag it to see how a zombie downs an eyeball, finger, and ear without chewing.
I don't like that the puking zombie has his collar popped. What? Is he, like, too cool for school or something?

On this edition, the back cover features a zombie holding the vomit zombie's hair.

He shouldn't have eaten two day old Chinese.
I hope I am not spoiling this genuine turd for anyone, but according to reviews on Amazon, there is no zombie-vomit scene. Purely a marketing idea.

So only the cover shows the consequence of eating at Taco Bell.

I haven't personally met the producers, however, one of my high school teachers was the male lead in CREEPSHOW 3 (the same people behind this). He told me these guys actually think this project rivals Romero's work. I mean that in the most unironic and serious way possible.

Christ, popped-collars are even invading zombies. What next? Vampires with tans?

Oh, good one. And he's got his collar up, which kind of brings it back around...
