Donnie's filmography is hilarious

Quote:
Righteous Kill (2008) (post-production) .... Detective Riley
Real Men Cry (2008) (post-production) .... Detective Moran
Dead Silence (2007) .... Det. Lipton
The Path to 9/11 (2006) (TV) .... 'Kirk', CIA operative
Annapolis (2006) .... Lt. Burton
N.Y.-70 (2005) (TV) .... Det. Mike Ryan
"Boomtown" .... Detective Joel Stevens
Purgatory (1999) (TV) .... Deputy Glen
Glad to see he's trying new things. Also: I can't wait to see Real Men Cry and Righteous Kill.

All true and good points. To be honest, much of that season, and any of the other seasons for that matter, are all kind of a blur to me any more. I remember watching them because I wanted to see these has-beens in a more "realistic" setting to see how they interacted with each other. I'm very interested in character studies.

Sadly, I was an idiot, because The Surreal Life is not a show to watch character studies.

But yeah, now that you mention it, pretty much every member of that season's cast sucked.

No, no no...you LOSE this thread.

Across America, thousands upon thousands of grown women are suddenly having intense heart palpitations. I imagine that, were you able to withstand the gale-force of horrible that is their musical output, an NKOTB reunion would be a festival of available-and-looking ladies. Sort of like a wedding.

Dude, you don't have to rationalize your wanting to go to a New Kids show. It's okay, man.

Damn it, New Kids. You should have been more fiscally responsible. Now you have to parade your penises around for all of these 35-year old divorcees and unwed mothers just to gas up your cars.

It's a damn shame.

I'm totally going if they come to Minnesota. My girl already emailed me about this.

Now with VIDEO. Holy crap. There are some wildly fanatic ladies in that crowd.

I never imagined I'd be reassured over the internet by Johnny Utah.

Thanks dude-man. Congrats on catching your first tube today.

It's cool, bra. No problemo.

New Kids were after my time (as we all know, I'm more of a Bay City Rollers/Shaun Cassidy girl myself), but my three nieces loved them. Believe me, I bought my share of NKOTB stuff for them at birthdays and Christmas.

I'll give Donnie a little bit of a pass because he was great in The Sixth Sense (the scary guy in his underwear who shoots Bruce Willis = Donnie). Not bad acting, and lost 40 lbs. for the role - he was unrecognizable. I had to hit IMDB to figure out that was him.

Best thing ever - Dennis Miller's stand up routine about NKOB:

I thought the most interesting thing about that routines is that 2007 Britney = 1990 Drew Barrymore.

Just heard the new single, "Summertime."

Strap in, everybody. That fucker's gonna be huge. I've listened to it twice now, and I don't even like these guys.

It's basically a "near-perfect" combination of every boy-band/pop trend of the last 20 years, starting with the whispered "New Kids, '88." It may have, in fact, been created by Karl Rove to lull America into nostalgic submission long enough for McCain to get elected. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go listen to it again.

No. Just no, Rath. Step away from the New Kids so we can properly dismember them and burn their corpses into fine ash so they never return.

It's the only way to be sure.
They're selling their tickets 75$. That's more than The Cure is asking for. What the hell?

And Rath, that song is gay. And not in a good way. How can you do that?
That song is terrible, but the tweens will love it. I expected them to do more mature music a la New Edition when they reunited. Oh well. Nothing like 35 year old men singing terrible pop. It'll be interesting to see if their adult fans take to it.

Is that Mario Lemieux/k.d. lang hybrid part of the reunion? If so, I'm there. I love me some hybrids.

"Motorcycle guy in a mo-ped band." Classic.

I apologize if this was already posted somewhere but I love finding dumb shit like this on YouTube.

Rath's gonna watch it over and over.

Yea for the internets! Halle Berry used to date Danny Wood. WTF? He's the least attractive of the bunch.
