Though I feel that DC comics has slowly dismantled everything wonderful about this character over the past several years - similar to what they've done to Wonder Woman - listening to this segment and reading the accompanying essay reminded me of everything I love about the character. Kind of nice to feel alleviated of the pervasive cynicism that weighs down the comic industry these days; if only for 7min and 54sec.
