Does anyone use these? Every once in awhile, I'll submit a story to Digg (the most recent one being Leave Uwe Boll Alone!) that I think serves as a good introduction to the type of humor/intelligence on display around here, but it never gets more than 2-3 diggs. I'll concede that the typical digg user isn't the kind of person you'd want roaming wild on the boards, but it's still such an easy and effective way to build up awareness for the site as well as get the CHUD opinion out into the mainstream discussions that the 2 seconds it takes to click the link is worth it.
I've tried to think of a way to write this without sounding like a shill for digg, so I'll close by saying that if you have an equally effective plan that involves using Delicious, I'm all for it.
