Well now that's interesting. I thought The Kingdom was pretty creepy; it fell flat more than a few times, but it had a lot going for it, atmosphere being one of those things. If he makes the actors playing the couple as crazy as he made Bjork and Nicole Kidman, we should some interesting performances at least.

Yeah, The Kingdom is creepy as hell (and just completely mops the floor with the AWFUL Stephen King remake), and I absolutely love Dancer in the Dark (though I find that I can only revisit the film so often, because it depresses the hell out of me) and found Dogville to be extremely interesting if nothing else. In other words, I'm definitely interested in this. Thanks for the heads up, Alex.

Took him long enough to get this thing going.

Well, my opinion of Von Trier is difficult to sum up, but his return to a horror premise is a welcome one indeed. I'll be looking forward to this as long as it doesn't turn into an anti-America screed.

I have Dancer in the Dark leading my Netflix queue, it will be my introduction to Von Trier. Although I'm fresh to his work, this excites me. The premise does, anyway. Looking forward to it.
